Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be sent to:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
- Return the original item once approved
- Place a new order for the desired product
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- The 15% restocking fee will be deducted
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
